I cannot recommend the Public Adjuster services of John Richards of "Richards On Your Side" highly enough, if you have an insurance claim that requires the knowledge and skills of a seasoned professional.
I lost my log home in a fire with basically everything I owned in it. I was stressed out, sleepless and very concerned about how my situation would be handled by the insurance company involved. Through a series of interesting, almost divine, coincidences, I stumbled upon John's website. After a series of conversations, I hired him to assist me.
Right from the beginning, and even before I had formally hired him, John was a reassuring voice that calmly - and often very patiently - outlined the process we needed to work through to successfully complete any claim. He kept me from rushing things which would have hurt my position, handled all communication with the insurance company and was a voice of reason and reassurance when my spirits were low and my concerns were massive.
There is a tremendous amount of work involved processing a claim like mine, and I cannot imagine doing it all while dealing with the insurance company directly at the same time. John was firm but always polite with the insurance company, and in the end I feel I was treated very fairly in the settlement which was completed in a little over half a year. Our home, motorhome, boat and antique car burned in the Fort McMurray wildfire of May 3, 2016. Early on, we received multiple call from our insurance companies, advising us of the adjuster on our case and requesting information. There were days that the adjuster for one item changed twice. My name is Russell Martin. My Family was one of many affected by the fire that tore through Slave Lake, thought we consider ourselves fortunate. After the fire we were very displaced, saddened, lost, and hurt to say the least as many were. I was over at the local real estate office after the fire and started talking to the owner who told me about a fellow who was looking into his properties and helping him deal with insurance.
When you have a loss, the adjuster always likes to tell you he works for you and has your best interest at heart but they don't! Always remember who hired them and who's paying them the insurance company! Your best defense and most pro active move you can make is to hire your own adjuster and not just any I recommend JOHN RICHARDS. Any tragedy you suffer where you have to also have the burden of dealing with insurance can be made so easy by hiring Mr Richards as he does it all, it is what he knows best and we don't know.

recently gave to my client.
I am a general insurance broker, helping clients with their home and auto insurance
policies. It was my pleasure to put auto insurance in place for my client who is a young
single mother who recently bought a used vehicle. Shortly after insuring her vehicle, she
